1. Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital services provided by echovalemotion, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once work has commenced on a project, refunds may be partial or full depending on the stage of completion.

2. Cancellation Terms

Clients may cancel their project at any time. The following refund structure applies:

• Before work commences: 100% refund
• Within first 48 hours of project start: 75% refund
• After first 48 hours: No refund, but unused hours may be credited
• Completed projects: No refund

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your project details and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days.

4. Exceptions

Refund exceptions may apply for projects that have been delivered and approved by the client, or for custom work that has been specifically commissioned and cannot be reused.
